Bygd av H. G. Gausvik for Hans P. Haukaas ,Tinga. I 1912 overtok broren Ole P. Haukaas som fører og parthaver. Han ble gift med Laura Fauskan og bygde seg heim på Fauskan, Vallersund. I 1940 overtok Ole som ene-eier og "Moder" ble rigga ned og fikk satt inn motor.
