As far as we know, there has never been a photographer J. Nyman in Tampere, so the photographer must be in fact I. (Ida) Nyman. Her studio (Hämeenkatu 10, Tampere) was destroyed during the Civil War at the conquest of Tampere Spring 1918, so the picture is taken before that. http://kukakuvasi.valokuvataiteenmuseo.fi/tietuekortti/kuvaamo/620
